Description
I find that mousing over the CBOX header image opens a mouseover image with the words "Commons In A Box" that appears over the nav bar. Please see attached screenshot. Chrome/Mac.

Image alt text is being changed to 'data-original-title' by the Twitter Bootstrap plugin in cbox-theme/assets/js/custom.js. Bowe, is there a reason why this should be happening to all images, or is it an oversight? (We can't remove the alt text altogether, but could let it be handled by the browser instead of this script.)

I'm going to close this because I don't think it's actually a bug, but is an accessibility feature. In any case, if it needs to be changed, it should probably be in cbox-theme rather than here.
