Update registration process to reflect enhanced profiles

The new profiles in #404 will require some changes to the new user registration process. Anticipated changes:
- Remove the Title and College xprofile fields
- In their place, add the structured Positions fields
There may be other necessary changes, which we can keep track of in this ticket.

I opted to allow users to include only a single Position (College + Department + Title) at registration time. This greatly simplified the process technically, and it also streamlines the registration process for users. I've included a gloss that informs registrants that they can enter more positions after their accounts are active.
I'm tentatively closing this ticket. If issues arise during upcoming testing, we can either reopen this ticket or handle them separately.
