Description

We have an ongoing issue of GC students who have had their emails changed from @gradcenter to @gc. Ideally, we would have emailed them a warning to update their Commons account, but we did not, and it now seems forwarding has stopped. I'm not totally sure what I'm suggesting here, but I do think it's possible we can get their new email addresses and do this now. Matt is a watcher as he suggested I create this ticket.

Can you spell this out a bit more? Does that mean we can, for example, ask IT to provide us a mapping of gradcenter.cuny.edu addresses to gc.cuny.edu addresses, and then email affected users? Or, if we can indeed get this info from IT, perhaps we can just go ahead and change these users' email addresses for them?
