Description
QUESTIONS¶
What's the name of the plugin/theme?- the plugin is based on Leaflet, an open source map alternative (http://leafletjs.com/) to Google Maps
- i think the appropriate plugin for WordPress is Leaflet Maps Marker (http://www.mapsmarker.com/); however, there might be better/more appropriate ones that i don't understand from this list because i am a bit limited in technical skillset. Leaflet's list here: http://leafletjs.com/plugins.html
- Leaflet Maps Marker WordPress plugin provides a massive amount of mapping features (highly customizable markers, layers, real-time updating, etc.) listed here: http://www.mapsmarker.com/docs/features/
- it offers more comprehensive / multiple map source options, not just Google Maps (i.e., OpenStreetMap, Bing, etc.)
- maps add a great graphical and content effort, would make information interactive
- geotagging information for projects would be much easier than Google's interface

- Compatible up to: 3.6-beta2

h1.QUESTIONS FOR THE REVIEWING DEVELOPER
Maintenance:Given the data above, how likely is it that the plugin is going to be abandoned by the developer?
- Looks stable and supported
Security:
Scan for XSS and DB vulnerabilities
Redundancy:
If this plugin/theme does something that plugins/themes on the site already do, is there enough reason to put it on anyway? Maybe we should migrate users from the older plugin/theme to the new one? How hard would that be?
Themes:
What are the results of the Theme Check? Many of the 'required' warnings I don't care much about - they are wordpress.org nitpicks. But consistent calls to deprecated functions, for instance, could indicate something about the quality of the theme.

Thanks very much for filling out the request form, Erika! It's not easy to find; we appreciate it, though. Many thanks.
