Description

Users seem to think that the description added to a Group Document at the point of upload will be emailed out to group members along with a notification of the upload. But those descriptions don't get sent out. We should either add a note explaining that, or, better yet, send out the descriptions along with the link to the file.

OK, I've implemented this. Right below the "Boone uploaded a new file...." first line of the notification email is another line that reads: "Description: xxxxxxx". Please test and let me know if it looks OK.
