Description

Per an email discussion based on an nycdh.org issue, WordPress does not automatically mark a blog as spam when its creator is marked as spam. As you noted, Boone, it's a WP issue; if you could work on it at some point by, as you noted, "creat[ing] a patch to WP, or a small mu-plugin, or probably both," that would be great. Many thanks.
