Description

After the 1.5 release I noticed two small issues with the new sitewide footer code that causes improper links to be generated and an apostrophe to be rendered at the bottom of the page.

Target version changed from 1.5.1 to 1.5.0.1

Thanks, Dom. I'm going to plan on doing a 1.5.0.1 release to cover this issue. I will wait until later tonight or early tomorrow in case any other immediate issues come up.
