Looks like the user is right -- the following colleges do not appear in the Positions dropdown:
CUNY School of Public Health
John Jay College of Criminal Justice
Kingsborough Community Colege
LaGuardia Community College
Also:
"Guttman Community College" should be renamed "Stella and Charles Guttman Community College"
"School of Professional Studies" should be renamed "CUNY School of Professional Studies"
Putting in 1.5.1, though I hope we can update sooner.
"City College" should be renamed "City College of New York"

At deployment, I'll have to manually modify the Guttman and CCNY taxonomy items in the database, to make sure that they're not incorrectly regenerated with the corrected text.

I've made the necessary changes in the database, and change is live.
