Description
Hello,
Attached please find a child theme of "Oxygen" that contains one change: it raises the number of "Recent Articles" displayed on the front page template from 3 to 8.
This was a request of a number of the Program Social Media Fellows who are using the Oxygen theme for GC PhD program sites.

Chris, can you please let me know what you'd like done with this theme? Do you want it enabled for all sites on the Commons, or do you need it enabled only for a certain list of sites?
