Fixed in https://github.com/castiron/cac/commit/fd69807cebdb489ab714256feb0da8034954c1cb on the wp-3.0-upgrade branch. I decided to leave Kick & Ban because sometimes the ban feature might be important. Remove Member appears as the first option on the Manage Members screen.
