The original problem was that the entire page was dying while the Academic Interests field was being rendered. This was due to the fact that there was a mismatch in the open- and close-brackets that Lucinda had put into this field. The fact that she has an empty Positions field appears to be due to the fact that she has not entered any positions.

So I think that there's nothing left to do here, but perhaps someone will correct me if I'm incorrect.

I haven't heard anything about this issue, which I'm assuming is a sign that everything is working as expected. If I'm wrong, please reopen with details.
