Hi - I have added Marilyn as an admin to both Help & Support and the Codex. But the FAQ is really a wiki page. 

Marilyn - if you want to make changes, to FAQ content, go to http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/wiki/index.php/FAQ
That content gets pulled into Help & Support through a plugin (Wiki Inc).
