Description

Received messages to different RBE posts saying I had posted duplicates and that my duplicate messages could not be posted. In each case, I had sent only one message. So, I deactivated and then reactivated BPE. Noting here just FYI.

Apologies, tried to get RBE ready for 1.6.6, but couldn't get to it.

RBE update will definitely be ready for 1.6.7 and hopefully will address these double connections to the IMAP inbox. I'll push what I have tonight to 1.6.x branch just so we'll be on track for the next maintenance release.
