Link to Private Doc bounces non-logged-in users to homepage

Description

I noticed that when I click on a link to a private doc on NYCDH as a non-logged-in user, I am bounced to the homepage with no error message. On the Commons, we bounce people to a log-in page with a message that says that users are trying to access a private doc and need to log in in order to see it. Then, after they log in, they are taken to the doc

two questions:

1. Can we set this up for NYCDH?
2. Can we make this default behavior on CBOX installs?

Two very different questions, I know. I will create a github ticket for the second one.

Hi Ray - please see Boone's update here - https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/commons-in-a-box/issues/102 . Looks like this may be a NYCDH bug.

I've just updated CBOX to v1.0.8, which included various plugin updates like BP Docs.

I just tested this link when logged out and it appears to redirect to the login page.

Let me know if that works for you.
