Description

When one creates a group, the option to create a discussion forum as part of the group is unchecked by default. I think it should be checked, as more groups will want a forum than will not. It would be great if people could just uncheck that option if they decide they don't want a forum.

Target version set to 1.7

This process is different with the new bbPress in version 1.7, so I'd like to hold off on putting dev time into customizing this until it's been verified there one way or another.
