Description

Following up on ticket 328 , I think we should have some text near the "Send Invites" button that explains whether or not clicking the button will resend invites to members who have already been invited. Otherwise, people don't know whether prospective members are receiving multiple invitations or not.

Note to self that I just updated Invite Anyone so that the group invites page can be overridden in a theme. I have to wait for the new version to go live in the repository before I can make these changes.

In https://github.com/castiron/cac/commit/9b606eaabfecb7fc9f0c49361a0dec0ed514d1d2, I separate the invites-already-sent list from the invites-to-be-sent-when-button-is-clicked list, with textual descriptions for each.
