I pointed her to our new codex page on this issue - http://codex.commons.gc.cuny.edu/embedding-scribd-content/ - but the user says it still doesn't work.

The user uploaded a PDF to the site instead, so this is no longer an issue for her, but please double-check that the embed code is working correctly, Scott. If not, please reassign this ticket to Boone. Thank you!

The new functionality will go into place with Commons 1.7 on Thursday - she will need to add four characters to her code:
