Description

Got a few messages today saying that replies by email could not be posted. Messages seemed to post without a problem. Screenshot attached.

This can happen when our email template plugin encounters a parsing error, which stops RBE from marking the email as read. This leads to the misnomer email being sent out on the next RBE run.

I've made some adjustments in commit 1e0d162, which should help mitigate these problems.

Going to mark as resolved, but if this happens again, please re-open.
