Hi Samantha,
My sense is that people visiting the CBOX site aren't necessarily seeing our support forums, where much activity takes place. Can you please take a look at the nav bar here - http://commonsinabox.org -- and let me know whether you think we should change anything to better highlight support? Thank you and no rush on this.

I had a hard time finding it myself!
I think you should create a 'Help' item in the main navigation and the following three items should be moved into it (in this order):
1. Support Forum
2. Tutorials
3. Frequently Asked Questions
To make room in the nav bar, 'Home' could be removed since it's reachable through the logo and is duplicated on through the 'About' item in the nav.
This should probably be considered by a developer as well, because I'm not sure of all the use cases for this page. There may be other items that should live within Help -- would developers consider most of the pages in 'Documentation' to be 'Help' documents, or would they expect this area to be called 'Support' rather than 'Help'? (my reasoning for 'Help' was that it's repetitive to include 'Support Forum' within a section called 'Support', but I'm not married to it)

Thanks for this feedback, Samantha. I'm fine with putting things under Help and agree that would be best. Passing to Boone to see whether he has any input before we implement.

I don't have strong feelings about this one way or another. If you're both happy with what Sam suggests here http://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/3706#note-1, let's go with it. (Be sure to let me know whether you've decided to get rid of Home.)
