Hi,

Our website acert.hunter.cuny.edu has been down for the past hour. The website is returning a 503 error. Our website is hosted on the Graduate Commons. My team and I suspect that this may be a domain mapping issue but we are unsure if this is on our end or theirs. We have contacted the Hunter College help desk as well.

I verified the 503 behavior about an hour ago, but now it appears to be working again. My brief research suggests that there might have been an issue with our Varnish cache, and it's possible that that cache expiring is what brought the site back within the last hour. Matt, do you know whether IT did anything here?

I'm fairly sure that your hypothesis about domain mapping (which is, for what it's worth, a very good guess) is incorrect - all other mapped domains on the Commons appear to be working properly.
