Description

A member has requested that we add the Twenty Ten and NotesIL themes to the site. I committed us to getting this done by the middle of next week, by which time I'd also like to have completed the theme review and the addition of WooThemes

Twenty Ten is the new WP 3.0.x default theme. It's not WP 2.9.x compatible. Please don't install it yet.
