Description
Per this update , I have started to enable various tracker permissions for the following types of accounts: Manager, Developer, Community Facilitator
Can you please tell me which of these possible status we do not use? My guess is that we do not use Hold, Abandoned, Testing Required, and In Progress. Is that right?
Here is the full list of possibilities
New
Assigned
Hold
Reporter Feedback
Resolved
Rejected
Abandoned
Duplicate
Testing Required
In Progress
Deferred

All of these are useful except for Abandoned.
Be careful making these modifications. Some of them are specific to this project (CUNY Academic Commons) while others are global to the Redmine installation. Removing statuses may cause problems for other projects on the system.

Thanks. I will be careful. I am more making things available than taking them away; do you think that's a problem? My plan would be to make all the above statuses available (except for Abandoned) to Managers, Developers, Community Facilitators
