Description
When the user clicks on the ‘Change avatar’ link nothing happens on the top half of the screen, so it is not clear that the bottom of the screen now has information on changing the image.
The ‘Change avatar’ link (under the image on the ‘Edit’ page) should jump down to the appropriate spot on the page -- same as when the user clicks ‘Change Profile Photo’ from dropdown.
