Description

I created a group (Testing #2), Xed out of window after step 2 (settings) -- then went into the group and clicked 'Forum' from the lefthand menu. The page showed a different group's forum (SPS General Education Academic Community Leaders), see attached screenshot. This is a bug, the forum should show up as empty or there should be a screen asking whether the user wants to create a forum for the group (because the step was never reached during setup).

[After clicking 'Manage' from the lefthand menu in 'Testing #2' and clicking 'Save settings' in 'Forum' tab, the proper empty forum showed up for the group.]
