Description

Currently, any group member can connect an event to a group. This should be configurable by the group admin. A simple radio button is probably sufficient:

  • Any group member may connect events to this group
  • Only admins and mods may connect events to this group

Feedback welcome on UI.

A first pass at this functionality is ready to test on cdev. Go into a group where you're an admin and go to Manage > Events.
