My Commons filter issue

Description

Raffi reports that when on My Commons, using the My Groups filter, if you click on a link (leaving My Commons) and then click the browser's back button, you are taken to the correct page with My Groups selected, but the content is not filtered correctly (i.e. displays content that does not belong in My Groups).

I was able to reproduce the issue.

Ray, does this have something to do with 

cac_my_commons_reset_activity_cookies()
? Maybe this is a wontfix.
