Response Time Poor - Unable to connect to database

Description
I noticed around 6:15 PM - response time slow. Also got message "Unable to connect to database".
- Priority name changed from Normal to High
- Priority name changed from High to Immediate
Thanks, Scott. I've reached out to IT.
- Status changed from New to Resolved
- Target version set to Not tracked
IT has helped us to get the site back up. We'll continue to investigate causes, but for now I'm going to mark resolved.
