Howdy,

I created a hidden group to test notifications for external blog posts and have not received email notifications for new blog posts even though I have it set to receive all mail.

As I describe in http://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/show/459#note-2, I have disabled email notifications for external blog posts, in order to avoid further problems like #459.
