closedStatus notices obscured by beta bar

Description
Since we added the blue bar across all Social Paper papers, the page-status announcements are popping up over it, making them hard to see.

It looks like this is probably coming from wp-ajaxify-comments, and can probably be fixed with a line or two of CSS. Dan, could you have a look?

I came up with a fix for this, but not sure where to put it: should it go in the Social Paper plugin css, or in the bp-nelo theme css?

Here's my fix for this: https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/8c7bce157b986b71cf728fa028d0c34bd08cd7da

This fix didn't work for me. I think it's because the plugin adds inline style declarations to the block element. I looked into the plugin a bit more and it turns out that there is a "Margin top" Dashboard setting for this, which I will put into place immediately.
I've reverted Dan's change in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/e0a6ca2b54f2c2c5251e238ca3fa2c9e928beb24
