Description

Move 'Group Slug' edit from it's current placement to the general admin settings for the group, so that it appears right under the box that allows people to change the name of their group. That will also simplify our menus a bit, which is a good thing.

The admin setting is moved as requested in https://github.com/castiron/cac/commit/e78085bf487449f0ed39a44f4ebe1efaf0c278a6

I have removed the setting from the group creation process altogether. During creation, it's impractical to have the slug box on the first page (since at this point the system has not had a chance to auto-suggest a slug). And it seems overkill to have an entire tab during the group creation process devoted to group slugs.
