Description

The bbPress forum dropdown on Network Admin > Dashboard > Groups > Edit is causing the pageload to hang for 10 seconds or more. This only happens for network admins, because they're the only ones who see the full list of forums. In any case, we should hook into this function and kill it - there's no reason we need to display this dropdown. (There have previously been issues with bbPress pulling up full lists of forums and crashing stuff; see cac-bp-custom-includes/forums.php for some code we might borrow.)
