Hi Boone,

I noticed the same problem using IE8 and Firefox. The only email notification option available is "no email" (see attached screenshot.)

Also, this ticket seems related to the bug I reported about the Email Status being cut off in "wiki" space on the Dev Site: http://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/show/521.
