WPFolio checked and added in https://github.com/castiron/cac/commit/caea2ca041cee794636c4b8e8d90a403de232f9b

Note: WPFolio is checked out as a git submodule, and can be updated in that way; alternatively, it appears to be in the wordpress.org repo so it could be upgraded normally as well.

Bibliotype theme checked and added in https://github.com/castiron/cac/commit/bd31b37968fa2e46f1b2e4d15d0375f47b074a3b

It brought up a ton of errors, but none of them were what I consider fatal.

The theme directory is a checkout of the google code repo for easier updating.
