In truth, the ability to do this is mostly already there; the forums will accept per-page arguments in the URL (eg ?topic_page=1&num=100). It's just a question of giving a toggle.

I am thinking a 'Show x posts per page' dropdown, which defaults to 15 (the current default), but gives other options: maybe 5, 15, 30, all.
