Description
A user would like to delete his account - ehofmann (using the eric.hofmann@mail.cuny.edu or eric.hofmann@cuny.edu addresses), - but does not remember his password and does not have access to those email addresses any more.
He now has a new CUNY address but does not want to merge accounts.

Hi Marilyn,
is he writing to us from his new CUNY address? I see two accounts -- one tied to a mail.cuny.edu address and one tied to a LAGCC address.
I would like to confirm his identity in some way before deleting the account
