Hi Scott - Sorry for the delay here. I didn't get email notification of this post or #6135, and I'm guessing Matt didn't either. It's possible there was a hiccup related to the Redmine server migration, which took place on 10/07.
In any case, I'm assigning these tickets to Matt to make the IT request.

The DNS changes are not yet in place for this one - I assume it's something that CUNY has to handle. Until I hear that the DNS is set up, I'll hold off from doing the mapping on the Commons; a mapped domain will be inaccessible if the DNS is not configured correctly.
