Description

For a potential feature to be added to the Roadmap:

Right now, some members, especially those unfamiliar with the ways of the internet, can get confused about the difference between groups and blogs. And right now, the two spaces are pretty separate -- the only thing linking them is a "Visit Blog" link on the group menu.

We should think about better ways to integrate the two, so that blog posts show up on the group activity feed and so that group info shows up on the blog -- perhaps as a widget in the sidebar. I know you've discussed the difficulties in incorporating blog posts into group activity feeds; could it perhaps be done simply via RSS?

Otherwise, I think that we should just review the group/group blog interaction by talking to members and group admins and getting their thoughts on how we can improve things.
