There's no graceful way to prevent the plugin from doing this, so I've just commented out the offending code. I'll try to make a note that it'll need to be reapplied if and when this plugin is ever updated. https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/df600c42ee5e63516038eb8e105dc2fbbe151351
I'm also going to have to write a script that goes through and deletes all the empty tables throughout the Commons. Great plugin, would use again.

I deployed the plugin mod as a hotfix, and ran a script to delete the tables. We have been cleansed.
