User would like to have her account deleted

On a related note, I seem to have lost access to the commons.gc.cuny.edu dashboard.

We can do this, but if she's not writing from the email address connected to the account, it would be good to confirm her identity. Perhaps she'd be willing to email you a photo of her student ID?
