I've had a few interactions on Zendesk with participants of the LACUNY Institute website (https://2017lacunyinst.commons.gc.cuny.edu). I've asked a current admin, Junior Tidal, to add me as an admin, but he hasn't yet done so. Might I ask that you add me? I just feel bad because the initial complaint dates from before the holidays so I'd love to solve it asap. Thanks!

I had not troubles, but now, as admin, I am trying to invite Kimberley Bugg as an admin. (You just updated the address associated with the account. I see that the change is there.) She says she has not received the invite. To test if the problem was on the blog site, I just invited myself (at another email address). No problems - I received the invite immediately. Is there a way for you to see what is happening with her invite? Thanks!
