Following up on some off-list conversation with Matt, we will be immediately network-disabling Woo themes. This means that the themes will no longer be available at Appearance > Themes. Existing users of the themes will continue to be able to use them for now.

Recording a list of Woo themes here for posterity. Not all of these were network enabled before today - I didn't note which ones were, but it was about half.
