Hi Ray,

I tried to reset my pw on the NYCDH site and ran into the attached error. I had clicked on the link from the reset email and then submitted the WP-suggested password. then the page hung and you can see the result in the screenshot.

Hi Matt,

I just tried resetting my password and I was able to.

Can you try again and see if you run into any trouble? If you do, I can manually reset it for you.
