Description
Hey Boone,
Sorry that I didn't check everything at once but I found a small bug for both CTA buttons on the Help page. The 'Create an Account' button does not work and the 'Send us a Message' button opens the top 'Need help with the Commons?' module. Ideally it would open the actual email form. This is also true for all of the "Not exactly what you're looking for?" CTAs on each article page (see screenshot).

Just tested on both Safari and Chrome and it seems to be running well. This ticket is resolved in my opinion, thanks Boone!
