André, the installation of YOURLS means that we'll have to add the new database to be backed up regularly. That means the regular backups (which are stored in the commons home directory, I think) as well as, ideally, integration into the offsite backups. The filesystem should take care of itself, because it's inside of the main Commons codebase, so it'll just be the new database.
This is not urgent, as it's likely that we won't start actually putting any data into this database for a few weeks. Thanks!

Here's the good news: the current DB backups include all DBs. so as we created "yourls" in mySQL, this is automatically added to the the backup rotations as well as sync to the secondary site @ Baruch.
No action needed!
