Description
Thanks for your work on Bug #8463, Boone. In reviewing your work, I noticed that the social media icons on the portfolio are a bit crowded and could use a bit of padding. Please see the attached screenshot, and thanks for your continued work on this.

This whole header looks pretty lousy on mobile. I've removed the two-column view on narrow screens in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac-advanced-profiles/commit/54a16b16ba1359242cf6b37c9d125c95ce1f8994. See attached screenshot.
This should avoid the issue of the icons being crowded when they stretch to a second line, since they rarely will now. However, I've also added some spacing so that if someone does have more than one row of icons, they'll look right.
