Description
Got several spam messages via Zendesk over past 24 hours, all coming from a qq.com requester. Any way to secure the form?
I wrote to them:
We are suddenly flooded with an enormous about of (Korean?) spam. Please help. They are being marked as spam but keep coming. See attached screenshots. I can be reached at 212-817-8430. Thank you!

Will keep you updated!
They replied:
"Thanks for reaching out -- It looks like your spam filter is now catching these, but ensure you are marking each ticket as spam as they come in, to strengthen your filter!
As all of these seem to be coming from the QQ.com[qq.com] domain, I highly recommend adding qq.com[qq.com] to your blacklist, under Admin >> settings >> Customers. If you are not concerned about receiving any of these, you can add reject:qq.com to your blacklist to prevent them from even going to your suspended queue (at least temporarily)."
I added to the blacklist and will report back.
- Status changed from New to Resolved
thanks so much, Marilyn !!
