Marilyn will draft

want to get the technical lead name and contact info, as well as general address for unit/center so that we can always get in contact w/them

we want to get them to commit to keeping it updated, checking for updates every three months -- we need to get them to check a box and commit to doing that

also can say we'll be glad to work with them to find a free option
