Description
Right now, members cannot edit comments that they leave on a BP Doc. A member has requested that she be able to do so. It seems that what we did for forum posts would be a good model.

- Priority name changed from Normal to Low
- Target version changed from 1.2.4 to 1.3
Not a bad idea, but a fairly significant enhancement, as WP comments do not natively have front-end comment editing. Thus I'll have to build the interface from scratch. I've opened a ticket here: https://github.com/boonebgorges/buddypress-docs/issues/109
