Hi Ray,
A user at NYU ran into the following error message when he tried to post to the forum. What do you think would be a good next step -- should we contact NYU to resolve? Do some in-house hunting? Thanks in advance for your thoughts

We'd need to know what scanner NYU is using so we can try to get ourselves off that particular list.
For example, I checked NYCDH on Securi's Site Check and we're not listed:
