Hi Ray,

I emailed the attached message to the CAC and received an error message in reply (also attached). can you please let me know what you think is going on? I'm still a member of the group as shown by the screenshot.

Hi Matt,

It looks like you have posted new forum topics via email to the DHI group before (including one as recent as yesterday), so I'm not entirely sure what is happening in this instance.

The logic to determine if you get the "user not a member" error email is a DB lookup to the group member database to see if your user ID is still a part of the group. For some reason, the DB query failed or returned a falsey value, which resulted in the error email sending out.

Since it appears that you haven't received subsequent error emails of the same kind, I'm going to chalk this up to a glitch in the system.

If you encounter similar error emails, then please do reopen, but it is a little spooky.
